Pictures at Long Last!

Phew! What a long week, unbelievably hot weather-late nights-early mornings-no good coffee-another year of fair over and done. Actually it was pretty fun all in all, other than the above mentioned things. It was soooo much easier to go to fair with one child versus several, which might have played a part in the reason this year was more fun...Madi had a wonderful time, she loved all the animals and walking around and being the official Cabbage Patch doll for the Northwest Washington Fair. She was such a trooper and was so good that I was actually a little surprised (and relieved). I'm sure next year when she is mobile it will be another story altogether, however, she can go with her mother then! We are all happy to be back home, and slowly we are making our way through the mountain of laundry. Dave left for New Mexico this morning and is due back in time for Nathan's going away party. It will probobly be another busy week, I cant believe it will be September soon and school will be back in! Where does the time go?

Precarious Perch...

For some unknown reason Rylie thought it would be a GOOD idea to climb the stairs and sit on the cat perch to look out the window. The only problem is there is not nearly enough room to turn around never mind no possible way to get down that would not involve falling. Not to worry, after taking these pictures we helped her down...

Fair 2008

In case you were all thinking that I only take pictures of Madi, this will be a shock! We are getting ready for this years fair and Hailey will be going and staying for the week. Luckily for me she is staying with a friend and I only will be staying for two nights. The weather is supposed to be cooperative and Randy Travis will be at the fair this year along with Chicago and another band I can't quite recall at the moment. Anyway Madi will be spending a couple of days at her first fair ever, I imagine this will be only the beginning for her! I promise to take pictures of everyone and post after next week......

Mmmmmmm...

Madi loves licorice! What's not to love? Contrary to popular belief I did not give her a whole piece of licorice, it was her mother!
